Customer-care desk · Adult readers

What to expect from a regulated customer-care desk.

A regulated operators customer-care desk is the second line of defence after the apps built-in tools. Response windows and escalation paths are published; the desk is a sign of operator quality, not a marketing channel.

Chapter 01 · Response windows

Live chat, email, and phone.

Regulated operators publish response windows for live chat, email, and phone. The bar is a human in 90 seconds on live chat, 24 hours on email, and 5 minutes on phone.

Live chat

Human in 90 seconds

Live chat should reach a human inside 90 seconds. If a chatbot answers and does not transfer to a human inside 2 minutes, the operator is mislabelling the offer.

Email

24-hour window

Email should be answered inside 24 hours. If the operator publishes a longer window, the response time is part of the review we publish.

Phone

5-minute window

Phone support should reach a human inside 5 minutes. Phone support is rare on Indian skill-game platforms; the absence of phone is not by itself a red flag.

Chapter 02 · Escalation

When the first line does not help.

If the first line does not resolve the issue, escalation should be reachable inside 2 messages. The escalation contact is published in the operators terms.

Step 01

Ask for a reference number

Every customer-care ticket is a reference number. Save the number; the operator cannot close the ticket without your confirmation.

Step 02

Use the escalation contact

If the first line does not resolve, the escalation contact is in the operators terms. Use it; the first line does not have the authority to refund.
