Cancel open tables
Cancel any open tables. Locked funds are released at the end of the hand. If a table is stuck, contact support for a manual close.
Withdrawing the balance is the first step. Closing the account is the second. The two are different operations; the operators support desk runs them on different timelines.
A regulated operators wallet shows balance, bonus, withdrawable, and locked. The withdrawable number is what you can send to the bank account. The bonus number is non-withdrawable and is usually forfeited on close.
Cancel any open tables. Locked funds are released at the end of the hand. If a table is stuck, contact support for a manual close.
Request withdrawal of the withdrawable number. The bank-side ETA is 1 to 24 hours for UPI, 3 to 5 days for net banking.
The account close is the second step. It is reached from the account settings screen. The close is irreversible; the account cannot be reopened.
Open account settings. The close-account link is at the bottom of the settings screen, on the same page as the language and notification toggles.
Confirm the close. The operator will email a confirmation. Save the email; the confirmation is the only proof that the account was closed.
