Account sign-in on a regulated skill-game platform.

A regulated operator uses your phone number and an OTP, or your email and a password. This page reads the two paths in plain English and the small set of things that go wrong.

Chapter 01 · Phone sign-in

Phone + OTP, the most common path.

Phone sign-in uses the registered number and a one-time password. The OTP is valid for 5 to 10 minutes; the operator may resend it once before a back-off timer kicks in.

Step 01

Enter the registered number

Enter the same phone number you registered with at sign-up. A new number will create a new account, not a login.

Step 02

Read the OTP

The OTP is delivered by SMS. If the SMS does not arrive inside 60 seconds, request a resend. If still missing, switch to the email path below.

Chapter 02 · Email sign-in

Email + password, the fallback path.

Email sign-in is the older path. The password is set at sign-up; the reset link is good for 30 minutes.

Step 01

Enter the registered email

Enter the same email you registered with. The login screen will tell you whether the account exists on phone or email; use the matching path.

Step 02

Reset if needed

If the password is forgotten, use the reset link. The link is good for 30 minutes. The new password replaces the old one immediately.
